FADED INTO the MISTS of TIME

Michael Josef Von Gebel

Any arrangement entered into between you and the researchers listed here, is strictly between you and your researcher. The Researcher’s services contained here at Genealogy Trails, Wayne County, Illinois Genealogy Trails, Faded Into the Mists of Time.com and it’s affiliated websites, are provided as a service to the genealogical internet community, and does not constitute an endorsement of the researchers, their fees, or services, We try to provide quality referrals, but we make no claims, promises or guarantees about any arrangement between a researcher listed below and you, the client.

When submitting a research request to a researcher, remember these tips to help both of you meet with success:

Be very specific about dates, names, of the persons you need help on.  Being specific helps your researcher to locate what you need in a timely fashion and in turn saves you both time and money.

Establish a common sense budget with your researcher.  Remember your researcher is spending their time, gas, wear & tear on their vehicle, postage costs, & copy costs to do your research.  I always like to weigh the costs of traveling to a place myself, having to get a hotel room, eating out, wear and tear on my car, gas, my time etc.,  and I usually opt to hire a researcher it ends up being cheaper than it would be for me to go do it myself.
