The Cravens family is another rather large family who often used Craven or Cravens as the spelling for their last name.  The Elijah Craven Family of White Co., Illinois also is related to us.  I opted not to discuss them at this time, but do have a large amount of data and pictures for this family.  I would like to thank my Cousin Marylea Gazette, and her large contribution to our family history, especially the Emily Cravens Young family section.  Also a big thank you to the late Viola M. Young Simpson- affectionately known as “Mam”, for keeping all the stuff you did.  Mary Craven Purvis for her decades of work and dedication to our family heritage.  Betty Beeson thank you again for you research contributions on this family, where would I be without you.
